How did Mamamoo stay as a group for 12 years and not feel “sian” about their job?

Breaking the “sian” cycle:
When asked what they wanted to be remembered for, Hwa Sa answered with one word “live”.
Some of us may be running on autopilot, where you’re feeling bored and lacking some excitement or interest in your life.
If so, it could be an indicator to spice up your life and “live”. For example, you could revisit an old hobby again or practice something that you’ve forgotten.
Better still, try looking at what you do from a different perspective and consider how the seemingly mundane thing that you do everyday can actually impact another person or our society in a good way.

Finding meaning in connection
Solar: “Since it’s been a while since MAMAMOO gathered as a whole, I believe a far deeper and more meaningful reunion has taken place, both among the members and with our fans. Sometimes when there’s a lot of things going, we could be physically present but not mentally engaged with those around us.”
Connection requires presence. And presence is what turns an ordinary moment into something that actually feels alive.
The next time “sian” creeps in, try looking around. Someone nearby might help break the cycle.

Do one small thing differently today, such as taking a different route or calling someone instead of texting. Pick up the thing you put down months ago and try it again through different lens.
Motivation follows action. Just like Mamamoo, we can live and create a life that we want.
